Job Description
Job Overview Blue Lotus Wellness, LLC is seeking a Part-Time Mental Health Therapist to join our collaborative, integrative practice in Manchester, NH. This position is open to both licensed clinicians only in a hybrid or fully remote role . We are a group mental health practice combining evidence-based psychotherapy with innovative and complementary approaches to care. We are particularly interested in clinicians who are EMDR, Hypnosis or ERP trained , and/or have experience or interest in Ketamine-Assisted Therapy . This is a W-2 position with a FFS structure, paid out by CPT code for completed session. Responsibilities Conduct thorough mental health assessments, including patient history, diagnostic evaluations, and treatment planning in accordance with clinical documentation standards and ICD coding guidelines Provide individual psychotherapy to adults and develop individualized treatment plans Maintain 18 scheduled appointments per week with a productivity expectation of a minimum of 15 completed client sessions Assess, diagnose, and treat behavioral health conditions within scope of practice Maintain accurate clinical documentation including treatment plans, progress notes, medical records, and billing codes (CPT coding) within 48 hours Collaborate with therapists, psychiatric providers, and other members of the clinical and administrative team Participate in staff meetings, consultation, training, and professional development Incorporate evidence-based, trauma-informed, and integrative approaches based on training and client needs Manage crisis situations effectively through crisis intervention and crisis management techniques while ensuring client safety and well-being. Experience working with telehealth platforms to deliver remote mental health services effectively while maintaining patient confidentiality and compliance standards.
