Job Description

Job Overview A small, collaborative private practice is seeking a fully licensed mental health therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate is compassionate, professional, and committed to providing high-quality, evidence-based care to a diverse client population. This is an excellent opportunity for a clinician who values autonomy while still enjoying the support of a close-knit group practice. Minimum Requirements Master's degree or higher in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related mental health field. Current and active Oregon license (LPC, LMFT, LCSW, Psychologist). Associates are not eligible for this position. Ability to independently provide therapy services to individuals, families, and/or couples. Demonstrated experience with evidence-based treatment approaches , such as CBT, DBT, ACT, Motivational Interviewing, Trauma-Informed Care, or similar modalities. Comfortable and competent working with children, adolescents, and adults across a wide range of presenting issues. Ability to manage and maintain a clinical caseload and meet the practice's minimum weekly client hours requirement . Willingness to provide in-person sessions for a portion of the caseload (hybrid work available where appropriate). Responsibilities Conduct biopsychosocial assessments, develop treatment plans, and provide ongoing therapeutic services. Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with professional and legal standards. Coordinate care with other providers when appropriate. Provide culturally responsive, trauma-informed, and ethical clinical services. Preferred Qualifications Experience working in private practice settings. Specialized training or certification in areas such as trauma, EMDR, play therapy, family systems, or other relevant specialties. Strong skills in rapport building, clinical judgment, and self-management. What We Offer Competitive compensation based on experience and caseload.
