Work Environment The position offers a unique remote work setting, allowing easy access to a flexible work schedule while still benefiting from our close-knit team. While most work will be done from home, therapists may occasionally connect with clients through telehealth platforms or participate in community outreach events. Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive assessments and diagnostic evaluations, employing standardized assessment tools and clinical approaches to accurately identify clients' mental health needs. Create tailored, evidence-informed treatment plans based on individual assessments, incorporating a variety of therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness practices. Deliver therapeutic services to individuals and groups via teletherapy sessions, ensuring that the treatment aligns with the values and needs of clients. The role also entails crisis intervention, where the therapist offers immediate support to clients experiencing acute emotional distress or mental health emergencies, implementing de-escalation techniques and developing safety plans. Engage in proactive outreach to the community, participating in workshops and seminars to disseminate mental health resources and promote public awareness about mental health issues. Patient Population / Client Focus This position focuses on serving a diverse client population, ranging from children to adults dealing with various mental health disorders including anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use issues. Our therapists are equipped to handle the complexities of cultural and contextual factors influencing mental health, allowing for growth in cultural competency and adaptability. Qualifications Must hold an independent and active license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD). A completed master's degree or doctoral degree in a relevant field such as Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is mandatory. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a proven ability to build rapport and therapeutic relationships with diverse clientele. Proven cultural competence, demonstrating sensitivity and understanding when engaging with clients from various backgrounds. Exemplary organizational and time-management abilities, ensuring that documentation and case notes are maintained according to regulatory standards. Preferred Experience Experience in providing remote therapy services and familiarity with telehealth platforms is preferred. Knowledge of community resources and referral processes will be an advantage. Prior participation in multidisciplinary team collaborations or partnerships with external stakeholders can enhance team effectiveness. Compensation and Benefits The compensation package is competitive, with a salary range between
USD 70,000 - 100,000
