My Client Mental Health and Wellness LLC is a growing outpatient mental health private practice in Columbia, Maryland. We are seeking a compassionate, dependable, independently licensed therapist to join our practice. We provide patient referrals, credentialing, billing, scheduling support, office space, and telehealth infrastructure so you can focus on providing therapy and developing meaningful therapeutic relationships with your patients. This is a flexible hybrid 1099 independent contractor opportunity with the ability to gradually build a consistent caseload. Responsibilities Provide individual psychotherapy to adolescents and adults Complete initial assessments and develop treatment plans Provide evidence-based psychotherapy based on patient needs Complete clinical documentation in a timely manner Complete treatment plan reviews as required Coordinate with psychiatric providers and other healthcare professionals when clinically appropriate Maintain appropriate professional boundaries and confidentiality Provide both in-person and telehealth therapy Qualifications Active Maryland LCPC or LCSW-C Independent clinical licensure required Master's or doctoral degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or related behavioral health field Outpatient psychotherapy experience preferred Strong clinical judgment and communication skills Reliable and timely documentation Ability to work independently while collaborating when appropriate Comfortable with both telehealth and in-person care What the Practice Provides Patient referrals and caseload development Insurance credentialing and payer enrollment Billing and claims management EHR Scheduling and administrative support Furnished office space Telehealth infrastructure Opportunity for collaboration with psychiatric medication-management providers

Schedule Flexible Hybrid:

Columbia, MD and telehealth Part-time with opportunity to build a larger caseload based on interest and availability Compensation 1099 independent contractor Competitive percentage-based compensation based on collected revenue. Actual earnings vary based on payer mix, services provided, attendance, and collections. Compensation structure discussed during the interview

Important:

This position requires independent Maryland clinical licensure (LCPC or LCSW-C). The practice is not currently providing clinical supervision toward independent licensure.

Pay:

$60.00 - $90.00 per hour
