Licensed Mental Health Therapist Cary, NC 27511 Hybrid work $65

  • Part-time, Full-time, Contract Overview We are seeking a dedicated Mental Health Therapist to join our team.
We are an inclusive work environment that values work/life balance. Experience with children and families a plus. This is a 1099 contract position with a 65/35 split. Duties Diagnose and treat mental health disorders. Create and maintain individualized treatment plans for every client. Conduct ongoing assessments of client progress. Facilitate Therapeutic Groups when appropriate. Collaborate with and refer to outside specialists or agencies when necessary. Maintain accurate and timely records for both the client record and billing. Follows all safety protocols and maintain client confidentiality. Keep licensure and malpractice insurance up to date. Seek additional training and supervision when necessary. Respect the work environment and fellow employees and follow office policies and procedures.
