About us: The Healing Haven www.healinghaven.net The Healing Haven is a group of 40 AWESOME therapists who work in various office locations around the Portland and Salem areas. We practice utilizing multiple modalities from the more traditional CBT and motivational interviewing to the "mindful modalities" such as EMDR, Heart Centered Hypnotherapy and IFS. We are seeking a mental health therapist who is looking for a professionally supportive work environment with a practice that highly values work- life balance. ( we mean this!) We are currently seeking a therapist who works with adults who would would split practice time between one of our Milwaukie offices doing in person work and home doing telehealth therapy. We are seeking therapists for our Milwaukie location which is our largest with 14 therapists at this site. We offer a flexible schedule, support from our highly skilled management staff as well as collaborative peer support amongst the therapists. We have solid contracts and relationships with the highest paying insurance providers and an abundance of referrals daily. We provide unique intake matching whenever possible to assure a good fit between therapist and client We also provide trainings consult groups, mindfulness groups, book clubs , and get together for fun events! Job responsibilities include carrying a caseload that allows for approximately 24 client sessions per week, working from both home and our Milwaukie location, utilizing your skill and experience. A full Oregon license (either LCSW, LPC or LMFT, or Licensed Psychologist), good communication and written skills are needed.
