Insightful Matters is hiring dedicated and reliable Licensed Clinicians (LCSW, LMFT, PsyD) to see 15+ clients per week. Earn up to $70 per session! We are currently looking for Licensed Clinicians open to working 2+ days in our Mission Viejo Office. We are also hiring for fully remote, and/or a hybrid of remote & in-person clinicians. We have offices located in Anaheim and Huntington Beach as well as Mission Viejo. Clinicians interested in any location, including remote, are encouraged to apply. •Please note, there has recently been an increase in clients requesting in-person therapy.

Job Description:

Provide therapy for 15+ clients per week for Part-Time or 25+ for Full Time Provide a treatment plan for clients who meet medical necessity for services using an evidence based theory aimed at improving their diagnosis and symptoms Accommodate clients from various cultures and backgrounds, with a wide range of diagnoses such as depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, PTSD etc. Update treatment plans for clients on an ongoing basis, as needed. Log detailed session notes using TherapyNotes.com Clinically diagnose clients and assess for medical necessity and clinically indicated care

2+ days in person in Mission Viejo, hybrid or remote (Offices in Huntington Beach and Anaheim as well) Expected hours: 15+ for Part Time and 25+ clients for Full Time. Weekly hours are not to exceed 40 hours per week. Location for Providers wanting to work in person or hybrid: Mission Viejo, Anaheim or Huntington Beach, CA. •Huntington Beach offices are upstairs with no elevator access.

Requirements:

Must possess an active and unrestricted professional license or registration through the Board of Behavioral Sciences. Must be able to pass criminal background and reference checks Maintain accurate and timely clinical records including notes and treatment plans Provide individual, couples, and/or family therapy Can work independently and collaboratively with other clinicians and administrative staff

License/Registration:

LMFT, LCSW
