Work Environment This role offers a fully remote work setting, allowing you the flexibility to manage your schedule while prioritizing the needs of your clients. You will be engaged in meaningful therapeutic work during traditional office hours from Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, while also being open to occasional evening or weekend hours on a rotational basis for special client needs or team activities. Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify the severity and frequency of mood disorder symptoms among clients, utilizing standardized assessment tools and therapeutic observations. Qualifications A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution. Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in California. A minimum of two years of post-licensure clinical experience focusing on mood disorders is preferred.
