Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments targeting the developmental needs of children and adolescents. Develop and implement tailored treatment plans that align with the unique situations of each patient and their family dynamics. Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including individual and family therapy sessions, to address mental health issues effectively. Facilitate family therapy sessions aimed at empowering parents and caregivers, thereby fostering a supportive home environment. Patient Population / Client Focus Your primary focus will be on children and adolescents, treating a diverse range of mental health disorders. Qualifications A Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution. Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Illinois. Demonstrated knowledge of child and adolescent mental health disorders, along with proficiency in evidence-based treatment modalities. Experience in providing individual and family therapy sessions to young clients, with a focus on developmental responsiveness. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, exhibiting a compassionate, child-centered attitude.
