Qualifications A Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution. Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in Texas. A minimum of 2 years of post-licensure experience in a clinical setting. Deep knowledge of trauma-related disorders and trauma-informed treatment modalities, with a focus on resilience-building approaches.
