Mosaic-Minded Counseling is growing and seeking a licensed mental health therapist (LPC, LCPC, LSW, LCSW, or LMFT) to join our team in a hybrid W-2 position, providing both in-person services at our Orland Park office and telehealth services to clients throughout Illinois. • Active Illinois license as an LPC, LCPC, LSW, LCSW, or LMFT
• Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related mental health field
• Ability to provide both in-person services in Orland Park and telehealth services to clients located in Illinois
• Strong clinical, communication, and documentation skills
• Commitment to ethical, evidence-informed practice Preferred Experience Experience providing psychotherapy to one or more of the following populations:
• Adolescents
• Adults
• Couples
• Families Experience treating concerns such as:
• Trauma and PTSD
• Anxiety disorders
• Depression and mood disorders
• ADHD
• Autism and neurodivergence
• Relationship and family conflict
• Substance use and co-occurring disorders Specialized training in evidence-based treatment modalities is welcomed but not required.
