Qualifications Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution. Current licensure as either Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Massachusetts.
