Key Responsibilities Conduct thorough intake assessments to gather comprehensive information regarding clients' history, current challenges, and goals, tailoring each treatment plan accordingly. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychologists, social workers, and psychiatrists, to provide holistic care and ensure all aspects of a client's mental health needs are met. Patient Population / Client Focus Your clients will predominantly include individuals dealing with a range of emotional and psychological challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. As a counselor, your role is crucial in establishing a safe, respectful, and empathetic environment where clients feel comfortable to express their concerns and work collaboratively towards their therapeutic goals. Qualifications A bachelor's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a closely related field from an accredited institution is required. A valid and active state license (LPCC, LCSW, or LMFT) is mandatory for this role. At least two years of direct experience in providing mental health services to individuals facing emotional challenges.
