• Bridgeview, IL Hybrid | In-Person & Telehealth | Part-Time Healthy All Time is a growing outpatient healthcare practice seeking a Licensed Mental Health Therapist to join our team.

Earn $70 per completed patient session while we handle the administrative side of the practice. Our team provides support with patient referrals, scheduling, insurance billing, credentialing, and patient coordination so you can focus on providing high-quality clinical care. What We Offer $70 per completed patient session Patient referrals provided Flexible schedule Build your caseload based on your availability Hybrid option: in-person and telehealth Administrative and scheduling support Insurance billing support Credentialing support Established outpatient office in Bridgeview Opportunity to grow your caseload Collaborative healthcare environment Responsibilities Provide individual psychotherapy and behavioral health counseling Complete clinical assessments Develop and update individualized treatment plans Use evidence-based therapeutic approaches based on patient needs Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation Provide telehealth and/or in-person sessions Coordinate care with other healthcare professionals when appropriate Maintain all professional, ethical, and licensing requirements Qualifications Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related behavioral health field Active Illinois license as one of the following: LCSW

• Licensed Clinical Social Worker LCPC
• Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor LMFT
• Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently Reliable and professional Outpatient or private practice experience preferred, but not required Bilingual English/Spanish or English/Arabic is a plus Schedule Flexible scheduling based on clinician availability.

Both daytime and evening availability may be considered.
