Blue Phoenix Therapy is seeking an independently licensed New Mexico therapist (LPCC, LCSW, LMFT, or equivalent) to join our growing Rio Rancho private practice as a 1099 independent contractor. Build the caseload that works for you. Choose your schedule, client populations, and whether you provide in-person, telehealth, or hybrid services. There is no requirement to maintain a full caseload, making this a great option for clinicians who want to start gradually or add private-practice work to their current schedule.

QUALIFICATIONS

Current, unrestricted New Mexico LPCC, LCSW, LMFT, or equivalent independent clinical license Ability to practice independently in New Mexico Professional liability insurance Commitment to timely, high-quality clinical documentation

COMPENSATION

Contractors receive 60% of collected session revenue. Depending on payer and service provided, contractor compensation currently ranges approximately $48-$132 per completed billable session. Compensation is based on collected session revenue and is not a guaranteed hourly wage. This position is designed for clinicians who value the independence and flexibility of private practice while wanting support with the administrative side of running one. This is a 1099 independent contractor opportunity, not W-2 employment.
