Conduct behavioral health assessments.

Develop individualized treatment plans.

Provide evidence-based and trauma-informed care.

Support clients with anxiety, depression, trauma/PTSD, mood disorders, behavioral concerns, and co-occurring conditions.

Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation.

Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and community partners.

Who We're Looking ForRequired:

Master's degree or higher in a relevant behavioral health field.

Active, unrestricted South Carolina professional license.

Must be independently billable and eligible for payer credentialing.

Active NPI and CAQH profile.

Medicaid/MCO credentialing eligibility.
