Chester, SC & Surrounding AreasJob Type:
Hybrid - 1099 Independent Contractor
•Flexible Schedule
•Telehealth AvailableWhat You'll DoProvide individual, family, and group therapy.
Conduct behavioral health assessments.
Develop individualized treatment plans.
Provide evidence-based and trauma-informed care.
Support clients with anxiety, depression, trauma/PTSD, mood disorders, behavioral concerns, and co-occurring conditions.
Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and community partners.
Who We're Looking ForRequired:
Master's degree or higher in a relevant behavioral health field.
Active, unrestricted South Carolina professional license.
Must be independently billable and eligible for payer credentialing.
Active NPI and CAQH profile.
Medicaid/MCO credentialing eligibility.
Examples of qualifying licenses:
LPCLISW-CPLMFTLicensed PsychologistOther independently billable SC behavioral health credentialsCandidates with only an MA or other graduate degree and no applicable active professional license will not be considered.
