We're looking for a licensed therapist who loves working with women and wants the flexibility of private practice with the support of an established practice. This is an ideal opportunity for a therapist who has some existing clients and wants to grow a full caseload without having to build and manage a private practice alone. What We Offer $60

• 70 per completed clinical hour , based on productivity Health insurance available at 20+ clinical hours/week Beautiful, fully furnished private office Flexible schedule and professional autonomy Support building and maintaining a full caseload Help getting credentialed with multiple insurance companies Established practice systems and infrastructure Supportive, collaborative environment Opportunity to grow with Joyful Living Who We're Looking For Independently licensed to provide psychotherapy in Oklahoma Passionate about working primarily with adult women Interested in building a consistent caseload of approximately 20-25+ clients per week Warm, authentic, dependable, and client-centered Interested in the freedom of private practice without having to manage all the business pieces alone Enjoys writing and would be interested in creating our weekly Joyful Living newsletter focused on relatable mental health, relationships, and personal growth Our practice works with women navigating anxiety, relationships, boundaries, codependency, self-worth, burnout, trauma, and life transitions.

No previous private practice experience is required. We'll help make the transition into private practice simple—including insurance credentialing and caseload growth.
