Licensed or provisionally licensed (LPC/LCMHC, LCSW, LMFT) therapist needed for part-time or full-time outpatient therapy serving adults, children, adolescents, and families in a hybrid setting. Clinicians are encouraged to build a caseload that feels sustainable while contributing to a creative, anti-oppressive practice grounded in trauma-informed and identity-affirming care. While clinicians are welcome to work with a variety of populations and determine a caseload that feels sustainable for them, many of our referrals are school-aged children and adolescents , and we will prioritize applicants who are willing to take on a caseload that reflects this. This is a 1099 Contractor position. Services include, but are not limited to: Individual therapy using evidence-based, developmentally appropriate approaches Group therapy with youth and/or families Family counseling and caregiver support, primarily before or after school hours Initial intake and biopsychosocial assessments with individualized treatment planning Integration of nature-based, play, animal-assisted, and horticulture-informed interventions Collaboration with caregivers, educators, and interdisciplinary team members Electronic documentation submitted within 24-48 hours of services rendered

Required Qualifications and Experience:

Master's degree in a human services-related field Provisional or full licensure as one of the following:

LCMHCA, LCMHC, LCSWA, LCSW, LMFT

Professional liability insurance

Preferred Qualifications and Experience:

Training and experience in trauma-informed, neurodiversity-affirming, and culturally responsive approaches Interest in creative, experiential, and nature-based therapeutic modalities After-school availability (late afternoons and/or early evenings) Experience providing mental health services to children and adolescents Competency with individual, group, and family therapy modalities Active NC Tracks account

Compensation:

65% fee split, dependent on schedule availability and caseload commitment Re-evaluation at 6 months with opportunity for increased split
