Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Mental Health Professional (LMHP-S or LMHP-R) to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide therapeutic services to individuals, families, and groups, focusing on enhancing mental health and emotional well-being. This role requires a strong background in various therapeutic modalities and the ability to conduct diagnostic evaluations. The LMHP will work collaboratively with other professionals to develop treatment plans that address the unique needs of each client. Responsibilities Conduct individual and group therapy sessions, utilizing techniques such as Art therapy and Behavioral therapy. Perform comprehensive diagnostic evaluations to assess clients' mental health needs. Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records in compliance with regulations. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to create effective treatment plans tailored to clients' goals. Provide direct support to clients, ensuring they receive the necessary resources for their mental health journey. Engage with pediatric clients as needed, adapting therapeutic approaches to suit their developmental stages. Stay informed about ICD-9 coding for proper documentation and billing practices. Qualifications Must hold a valid LMHP-S or LMHP-R license in the state of practice. Experience in therapy modalities such as Group therapy, Art therapy, and Behavioral therapy is preferred. Strong skills in social work and direct support services are highly desirable. Familiarity with diagnostic evaluation processes and medical record management is essential. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.
