Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist to join our dynamic mental health team. In this role, you will provide expert therapeutic services to individuals, couples, and families, helping them navigate emotional challenges, improve communication, and foster healthier relationships. Your work will focus on delivering evidence-based interventions within a supportive environment, utilizing telehealth platforms and electronic health records (EHR) management to ensure seamless client care. This position offers an opportunity to make a meaningful impact by guiding clients toward emotional well-being and resilience. Duties Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' mental health and relational dynamics to develop personalized treatment plans. Deliver individual, couples, and family therapy sessions utilizing behavioral interventions tailored to diverse cultural backgrounds. Facilitate telehealth sessions using secure platforms to reach clients in various locations. Maintain detailed documentation of client progress and treatment plans within electronic health records (EHR) systems. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care, ensuring holistic support for clients' mental health needs. Educate clients on coping strategies, behavioral modifications, and life skills to promote long-term wellness. Ensure compliance with licensing requirements and maintain up-to-date knowledge of best practices in behavioral health treatment. Experience Proven experience working with culturally diverse communities in a clinical setting as a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist or equivalent. Familiarity with behavioral interventions, patient care techniques, and wound care principles relevant to mental health contexts. Knowledge of medical terminology related to mental health conditions and treatments. Experience managing electronic health records (EHR) systems efficiently and securely. Ability to perform basic life support (BLS) and CPR certifications preferred; ongoing training in hyperbaric medicine or wound care is a plus. Strong client communication skills with the ability to build trust and rapport across varied populations. Prior experience delivering services via telehealth platforms using HIPAA-compliant technology is highly desirable. Join us in transforming lives through compassionate therapy! Pay:
$60.00 - $70.00 per hour
