Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including cocktails, beer, wine, and specialty drinks. Use POS systems like Aloha POS and Micros POS to process cash and card transactions accurately. Maintain a clean and organized bar area, adhering to food safety standards and sanitation protocols. Engage with guests to provide exceptional customer service, offering drink recommendations and ensuring their experience is memorable. Manage bar inventory by monitoring stock levels and assisting with beverage recipe development to keep offerings fresh and innovative. Handle cash transactions efficiently while maintaining accuracy in cash handling and retail math. Collaborate with kitchen staff and management during busy hours to ensure smooth service flow. Qualifications Previous bartending experience in bars, restaurants, or nightlife venues is highly preferred. Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS is essential. Strong knowledge of mixology techniques, spirits, craft beers, wine varieties, and beverage recipes. Excellent customer service skills with an energetic and friendly attitude. Ability to manage time effectively during busy shifts while multitasking between serving drinks and processing transactions. Experience in food safety practices and proper alcohol service regulations. Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately and managing retail math.
