Job Description
We seek a compassionate Mental Health Therapist to provide psychotherapy, crisis intervention, and case management across outpatient and inpatient settings. Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and utilize evidence-based modalities like CBT and psychodynamic therapy. Manage crisis situations, facilitate intake, and coordinate community resources. Deliver specialized counseling for issues such as PTSD, addiction, grief, gender, and developmental disabilities. Use telehealth platforms, maintain HIPAA-compliant documentation with ICD and CPT coding, and participate in clinical research. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes. Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations. Required experience includes clinical counseling, crisis management, and familiarity with coding systems. Licensure as an LISW, MFT, or equivalent is necessary. The role offers flexible scheduling, benefits, and a hybrid remote work environment in Denison, IA, with a salary up to $95,000 annually.
