Job Description/Responsibilities We're searching for a full-time Licensed Mental Health Professional to join our practice. The therapist must be willing to see patients of all ages, work evenings or/and one weekend day in a hybrid schedule of in-office/virtual days to be discussed further upon interview, work under direct supervision of the clinical supervisor if provisionally licensed, and attend biweekly staff meetings. All candidates must have active licensure in the state of New Jersey.

• Provide high quality, compassionate, and ethical therapy in individual, couples, or family settings
• Complete all clinical documentation within a set timeframe
• Provide individual therapy utilizing therapeutic interventions for up to 30 clients
• Maintain required client contact
• Maintain good standing with the appropriate professional board entities
• Complete and maintain all required continuing education requirements for specific licensure and specializations
• Stay current with updated research and best practices
• Maintain up to date case files within electronic health record (EHR) system
• Participate in weekly supervision with approved supervisor
• Complete at least one research presentation on a mental health topic of choice

Pay:

$55,000.00 - $68,000.00 per year
