We are looking for someone who is passionate about people, committed to rural communities, and interested in working with a diverse population across the lifespan. Our behavioral health program is embedded within an integrated healthcare model , allowing therapists to work alongside medical providers and other members of the healthcare team to support the mental, emotional, and overall well-being of our patients. What You'll Do Provide individual, family, and/or group counseling based on clinical experience, training, and patient needs. Serve clients across the lifespan , from children and adolescents through adults and older adults. Work with individuals and families representing a broad range of backgrounds, experiences, and presenting concerns. Develop collaborative, individualized treatment plans and provide evidence-based behavioral health interventions. Participate in an integrated care model alongside medical and other healthcare professionals. Collaborate with primary care and other members of the care team when clinically appropriate. Complete timely clinical documentation and maintain compliance with applicable professional and organizational standards. Participate in case consultation, supervision, team meetings, and ongoing professional development. Build therapeutic relationships that are culturally responsive, trauma-informed, and centered on the individual needs and goals of each client. We're Looking For Someone Who Holds an LPC, LCSW, LMFT or LPC-Candidate credential appropriate for practice in Oklahoma. Has a genuine interest in serving rural and underserved communities . Enjoys working with a diverse client population and is comfortable - or excited to learn - how to work across different age groups.
