Responsibilities:

• Conduct individual and group therapy sessions with clients using evidence-based therapeutic approaches such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), art therapy, dance therapy, and crisis intervention techniques.
• Develop and implement treatment plans based on client needs and goals.
• Conduct thorough assessments to diagnose mental health conditions and develop appropriate treatment plans.
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment interventions as needed.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of client sessions and progress.
• Stay informed about current research and best practices in the field of mental health therapy.

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in counseling, social work, or a related field.
• Current licensure or certification as a mental health therapist (e.g.,LMHCA, LMHC, LSW, LCSW).
• Experience working with diverse populations and addressing various mental health concerns.
• Familiarity with diagnostic tools such as the ICD-9 or DSM-V.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to establish rapport with clients.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical guidelines in the field of mental health.
