Job Description

ReCentered Therapy is a small, clinician-centered group practice located in Salem, NH. We are dedicated to creating a warm, supportive, and inclusive environment for both clients and therapists. At our core, we believe in seeing the client as a whole person; leveraging their unique strengths and understanding the systems they live within. Our mission is to help individuals and families find balance, strengthen communication, and establish healthy boundaries. We proudly serve adolescents, adults, and families through individualized, strength-based therapy. Position Summary We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate clinician to join our growing team. This is a full-time or part-time W-2 hybrid role, offering a flexible schedule with a blend of in-person and remote sessions. The ideal candidate is passionate about working with children, teens, and adults, and is eager to make meaningful therapeutic connections across the lifespan. We welcome licensed and pre-licensed professionals who value autonomy, collaboration, and continuous growth. Key Responsibilities Build and maintain strong therapeutic rapport with clients Provide diagnosis and treatment planning for a range of mental health conditions Develop and implement personalized treatment plans Conduct regular therapy sessions and monitor client progress Collaborate with and educate family members when appropriate Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation Uphold ethical standards and client confidentiality protocols Engage in continuing education to meet professional and licensure goals Schedule & Work Environment Small practice environment with a focus on clinician connection Hybrid model: remote work with in-person sessions at our Salem, NH office Flexible scheduling to support work-life balance Part-time or full-time available; full-time is defined as 25 client sessions per week Compensation & Benefits $50-$60 per hour, paid biweekly regardless of insurance reimbursement timing Choice of per diem or salaried pay structure both are eligible for all benefits below Salaried clinicians additionally receive 2 weeks PTO/sick time Continuing education membership Healthcare stipend Simple IRA with 3% matching Paid Family Medical Leave Liability insurance coverage Supervision provided for pre-licensed clinicians in MA and NH Group consultation Qualifications & Skills Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, or Counseling Active license in the state of New Hampshire (LCMHC, LICSW, LMFT; LMHC for clinicians also seeing MA-based telehealth clients) Pre-licensed candidates are encouraged to apply 2-3 years of clinical experience preferred, with strong documentation skills Familiarity with a variety of therapeutic approaches and interventions Culturally responsive, empathetic, and client-centered approach Strong time management and organizational skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
Pay:
$50.00 - $60.00 per hour Expected hours: 10.0 - 25.0 per week
