In 18 months we have gone from 1 to 8 therapists with awards for being one of the top clinics in the area. We use attachment based and experiential models like EFT and IFS. In this role, you will provide expert psychotherapy services to individuals, couples, and families, helping them navigate emotional challenges, improve relationships, and foster overall well-being. Your expertise will support clients in developing effective coping strategies, enhancing communication skills, and achieving personal growth. Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to understand clients' mental health needs and develop personalized treatment plans. Deliver evidence-based psychotherapy modalities including behavioral therapy, marriage & family therapy, and trauma-specific interventions. Facilitate individual, group, couples, and family counseling sessions that promote emotional healing and relationship strengthening. Utilize applied behavior analysis techniques when appropriate to support behavioral health goals. Maintain accurate and confidential medical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations and clinical standards. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care plans and ensure continuity of patient care. Engage in ongoing case management activities, including progress monitoring and adjusting treatment approaches as needed. Requirements Master's or doctoral degree in psychology, social work, counseling or related field from an accredited institution. Valid licensure or certification as an LPC, LCSW, LMFT or equivalent in the relevant jurisdiction. Can be an associate. Proven experience providing psychotherapy for diverse populations across age groups including children, youth, adults, and families. Strong knowledge of behavioral health principles, diagnostic evaluation techniques, and treatment planning strategies. Familiarity with medical terminology, clinical documentation standards, and electronic health record systems (EHR). Experience working with individuals from diverse cultural backgrounds with sensitivity and respect. Skills in trauma-specific interventions, patient assessment, case management, and patient care coordination.
