Job Description

Overview We are seeking a Mental Health Therapist skilled in evidence based care to join a growing practice. This role involves a hybrid of in person and remote outpatient therapy services in a growing and supportive clinic that emphasizes evidence-based treatment. The ideal candidate will have experience working with diverse populations and will be skilled in various evidence based therapeutic modalities. Experience working with trauma, depression, anxiety, and related mental health issues is preferred. Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for clients. Provide outpatient therapy sessions to individuals, couples (optional), and families (optional). Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and other modalities. Maintain accurate medical documentation in compliance with ICD-10 standards. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure holistic care for clients. Offer support and guidance to clients facing mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and life transitions. Engage in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices in mental health therapy. Requirements PhD in Psychology or master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field. Valid licensure as a Mental Health Therapist (LCSW, LP, CMHC, or equivalent). If not fully licensed, supervision can be provided. Proficient in medical documentation practices and ICD-10 coding. Working understanding of psychopharmacology as it relates to mental health treatment. Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds. Pay:
$45.00 - $65.00 per hour
