About Tri Therapy Tri Therapy is a growing outpatient counseling practice serving Greensburg, Irwin, North Huntingdon, and communities throughout Westmoreland County. We provide high-quality, evidence-based mental health services for children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families. In addition to counseling services, Tri Therapy offers psychiatric medication management through our on-staff Nurse Practitioner, providing comprehensive and coordinated care to support our clients' mental health needs. Position Summary Tri Therapy is seeking a compassionate and skilled Mental Health Counselor/Therapist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is passionate about helping individuals and families improve their emotional well-being and has experience working with children, adolescents, couples, and families. Compensation is based on a percentage of the costs reimbursed by the client's insurance provider. Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans. Provide individual, couples, family, and/or group therapy services. Utilize evidence-based and trauma-informed therapeutic approaches. Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation. Collaborate with families, schools, healthcare providers, and community partners. Participate in treatment planning and case consultations. Support clients in achieving meaningful therapeutic goals. Qualifications Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field. Active Pennsylvania license (LPC, LCSW, LMFT or equivalent). Only fully licensed therapists will be considered. Associate-level clinicians, license-eligible candidates, and interns need not apply - Please refer to other Tri Therapy job posting. Experience working with children, adolescents, couples, and families preferred. Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills. Commitment to ethical practice and client-centered care.
