Job Overview We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Bilingual (English/Spanish) Mental Health Therapist to join our dynamic team. In this vital role, you will deliver evidence-based psychotherapy and counseling services to children, adolescents, and adults. Your expertise will help clients navigate mental health challenges, develop coping strategies, and improve overall well-being within a supportive environment that values cultural sensitivity and clinical excellence. Duties Provide therapy to an ethnically and culturally diverse population of children, adolescents, and adults Develop, implement, and review treatment plans Write progress notes for all sessions conducted Evaluate and assess clients Maintain and update clinical records Provide case management and/or crisis intervention Attend clinical supervision and staff meetings Perform other duties as assigned by Supervisor Requirements Must be Bilingual English/Spanish Master's Degree from an accredited school in Social Work, or Mental Health Counseling is a mustMHC/LMSW/LMHC/LCSW
