Whether you are independently licensed or continuing toward independent licensure, we want you to grow into a capable, confident clinician while building a sustainable practice. What You Will Do Provide individual, couples, and family therapy within your verified training, competence, licensure, and approved scope of practice. Develop thoughtful treatment plans and provide compassionate, ethical, evidence-informed care. Complete accurate and meaningful clinical documentation within required timeframes. Collaborate with supervisors and fellow clinicians through consultation, supervision, and team communication. Maintain dependable availability and respond professionally to referral and scheduling opportunities. Participate in professional development and contribute to a respectful, collaborative practice culture. Qualifications Required Master's degree in counseling, social work, marriage and family therapy, or a related behavioral health field. Current Arizona associate or independent behavioral health license in good standing Strong written, verbal, organizational, and basic technology skills. Commitment to ethical practice, appropriate professional boundaries, timely documentation, and ongoing growth. Preferred Experience or focused interest in trauma, anxiety, ADHD, couples, family therapy, children, or adolescents. Experience providing telehealth services and using an electronic health record; SimplePractice experience is helpful but not required. Compensation and Employment Compensation is competitive and based on licensure level, clinical revenue, and productivity. Specific compensation terms are provided in a written Compensation Agreement. Help & Hope therapists are hired as W-2 employees, and required or approved administrative work is compensated according to current written terms.
