(active and in good standing) About the Role The Road to Endurance Counseling Services, LLC is hiring a Mental Health Therapist to provide individual outpatient therapy to. This role requires a clinician who can independently manage a consistent caseload , deliver quality care, and maintain audit-ready documentation . This is a good fit for a therapist who is organized, reliable, and comfortable with a moderate-to-high volume outpatient setting . Core Responsibilities Provide individual therapy (telehealth and/or in-office) to teens and adults Complete diagnostic assessments (90791) and ongoing sessions (90837/90834/90832) as clinically appropriate Maintain timely, medically necessary documentation within 48 hours of each session (required) Develop and update measurable treatment plans , with regular reviews (every 90 days or as clinically indicated) Demonstrate clear linkage between symptoms, diagnosis, interventions, and progress in all notes Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed Maintain a consistent schedule and caseload Communicate professionally with administrative staff regarding scheduling, attendance, and client needs Follow all ethical guidelines, confidentiality standards, and safety protocols
Caseload Expectations Preferred:
18 + clients per week (minimum expectations discussed during onboarding) Ability to maintain a consistent weekly schedule Comfort working with common outpatient concerns (e.g., anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions) Schedule Flexible scheduling set by the therapist Morning/Afternoon availability and/or in-office availability preferred Hybrid model (telehealth + office in Blue Ash available) Compensation $40.00 - $70.00 per session , based on license and experience What We Provide Consistent referrals Administrative support for scheduling and billing EHR system and documentation templates Optional clinical supervision CEU support Performance-based bonuses Minimum Qualifications Active Ohio license:

Bachelors or Master's degree in social work, counseling, or related field Experience providing diagnostic assessments and outpatient therapy Strong documentation skills with ability to meet 48-hour completion requirement Ability to manage time, maintain a schedule, and work independently Preferred Qualifications 2+ years of clinical experience Experience maintaining a consistent caseload Strong understanding of medical necessity and insurance-based documentation Experience working with diverse populations and demonstrating cultural competence Important Notes This role requires clinicians who can maintain consistency in both client care and documentation . Therapists who prefer very low caseloads, inconsistent schedules, or delayed documentation may not be a good fit for this position.
