Full Job Description Position:

Mental Health Therapist, Fully Licensed (LCSW

preferred) Pay structure: 1099 60/40 percentage split

Hybrid Position (Virtual and in-person) Willing to see up to of 15-20 clients per week Willing to work in person Paid administrative hours (virtual meetings) Job description: Provide individual counseling and complete clear, timely clinical notes that meet medical necessity, and insurance requirements. Maintain accurate documentation for progress notes, assessments, and treatment plans. Ensure documentation meets professional, ethical, and agency standards.
