Local restaurant company is seeking a dynamic, result driven FOH Manager/AGM . La Riv aims to offer a luxurious and satisfying dining experience for Georgetown. Our approach infuses classic Italian dishes with modern twists, showcasing a diverse and creative menu that pushes the boundaries of flavor and presentation while honoring traditional culinary styles . The restaurant also has an extensive wine selection sourced from around the globe, expertly curated to perfectly complement each dish and enhance the overall dining experience.

Our ideal candidate has:

Experience coaching and mentoring staff Attention to detail Multi-tasking specialist Hands on approach with tables, guests, and helping staff Wine Knowledge is a plus- if you are a sommelier even better Bar experience is great, but we will train Open Table experience also a plus Desire to openly communicate and ensure guest satisfaction Duties to include: ( please note this is just an example list) Daily pre-shift Floor plans Active floor management - ie. Expo, host, checking on guests, helping & guiding all FOH staff We are a small company looking to expand into more locations in the next year.
