Full Job Description Who We're Looking For :
We are seeking passionate, community-minded therapists to join our growing team serving Cambridge, Massachusetts and surrounding communities. This is a hybrid role, requiring 2-3 in-person days per week at our Cambridge location or satellite offices, with the remaining time remote. Responsibilities & Duties:
Evaluate mental health diagnosis, create, and implement a treatment plan, complete ongoing documentation including further diagnosis, treatment plan reviews, and case notes according to company policy Provide excellent care for our clients and collaborate with a diverse, inclusive, and dynamic team Utilize creativity in interventions to help clients achieve and exceed goals Prepare and submit individual documentation for each session per company guidelines and protocol For Full-Time status clinicians must maintain a caseload of a minimum of 25 client visits per week Coordinate services with case managers, families, work personnel, medical personnel, other staff, and school staff as needed Attend and participate in clinical staff meetings, supervision and training Required Qualifications and Skills Candidates are required to have a master's degree in one of the behavioral sciences or related fields from an accredited college or university. Specific areas of expertise that we are currently hiring for, include: EMDR & Brainspotting Candidates ideally have independent clinical licensure (LICSW/LMHC). LCSW with outpatient therapy experience will be considered. Licensure must be in Massachusetts. Required experience with completing assessments, treatment plans and clinical case notes Effective written and verbal communication skills Ability to demonstrate and model stable, appropriate boundaries with clients Ability to complete and submit documentation of services and other documents in a timely manner Comfort and familiarity working with a diverse client base Proficient in the use Google Workspace and Electronic Health Record systems.

This position is located in Cambridge, MA, or one of our satellite locations, but is designed to be hybrid, requiring 2-3 in-person days while allowing for the rest of your week to be virtual if you wish! This position will be under the general direction of the Assistant Clinic Director & Clinic Director.
