Hope Behavioral Health is a continually growing group practice that offers the freedom and flexibilities of private practice combined with the support of a team that provides office space, billing assistance, etc. We are seeking to hire experienced therapists in our Fairlawn office. Hope Behavioral Health is a culturally competent, spiritually sensitive, and trauma informed practice with physical offices throughout NE Ohio. We are a faith-based company that also offers chaplaincy, grief recovery, and spiritual care services. All mental health therapists are independent contractors, which means there are no mandatory productivity hours and clinicians have control over their time and caseload. This position is best suited for individuals who value and excel in an independent environment and are able to function with a high level of autonomy. Must be willing to learn some insurance protocol and be able to learn and adapt to our electronic health record.

Eligible candidates must:

• Be independently licensed or near completion of independent license
• Have two or more years of experience in direct practice

Responsibilities Conduct individual and group therapy sessions using evidence-based practices such as behavioral therapy and cognitive behavioral therapy. Assess patients' mental health needs and develop personalized treatment plans. Maintain accurate and confidential medical documentation following HIPAA guidelines. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care for patients. Stay up-to-date with best practices in mental health counseling and therapy techniques. Utilize premium skills like psychotherapy and crisis intervention when necessary.

Pay:

$62.00 - $105.00 per hour

License/Certification:

Ohio Counselor, Social Worker or MFT License? (Required)
