Position Overview We are currently seeking compassionate and motivated mental health therapists at both independently licensed and supervised-license levels to join our growing team. We welcome LISWs, LSWs, LPCCs, LPCs, LMFTs, psychologists, and other qualified behavioral health professionals . Clinical supervision is available for LSWs and LPCs working toward independent licensure . We are particularly interested in clinicians who have experience or an interest in developing expertise in high-demand areas, including: EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) DBT (Dialectical Behavior Therapy) Couples and relationship therapy , including Gottman Method training Autism and neurodiversity-focused therapy Trauma, anxiety, depression, ADHD, and other common behavioral health concerns Specialty training is preferred but not required for all applicants. Responsibilities Provide individual, couples, and/or family therapy based on licensure, competency, and training Complete clinical assessments and develop individualized treatment plans Provide evidence-based and client-centered interventions Maintain timely and accurate documentation in the electronic medical record Coordinate care with other providers when appropriate Participate in clinical supervision, case consultation, and team meetings as applicable Maintain professional and ethical standards consistent with Ohio licensure requirements Qualifications Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, Marriage & Family Therapy, or a related behavioral health field Current or eligible Ohio behavioral health license, including LISW, LSW, LPCC, LPC, LMFT, psychologist, or equivalent LSWs and LPCs are encouraged to apply; clinical supervision is available Specialized training or experience in EMDR, DBT, Gottman Method, autism/neurodiversity, trauma, or another specialty is a plus Strong communication, clinical documentation, and organizational skills Ability to work independently within the scope of licensure while also collaborating with a multidisciplinary team Commitment to providing compassionate, ethical, and evidence-based care What We Offer Competitive compensation based on a percentage of revenue from completed client appointments Steady referral flow and opportunity to build a caseload Flexible scheduling In-person, telehealth, and hybrid options Clinical supervision available for LSWs and LPCs pursuing independent licensure Administrative support with credentialing, billing, and scheduling Opportunities to develop clinical specialties and grow professionally Supportive multidisciplinary behavioral health environment How to Apply If you are passionate about providing meaningful behavioral health care, we would love to hear from you.
