Mental Health Therapist (Part-Time, W2) Two Chairs

Compensation:
North Carolina residents earn a clinical session rate of $58.50/hour (which covers attended sessions, mandatory trainings, and monthly all hands) and an administrative rate of $17.50/hour (which covers documentation, no shows/late cancels, meetings, onboarding). For out-of-state residents, clinical rates range from $58.50 to $85.00/hour based on location.AI-Assisted Documentation :

- Like unemployment, disability, and paid leave where available About You Independently Licensed in North Carolina as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC), or Licensed Psychologist (PhD or PsyD).
Schedule & Caseload:
Maintain a client caseload of 7-20 sessions per week, with a commitment of 8-24 total hours of weekly availability Monday- Friday, 8:00 a.m.
