Job Description

Relationship Solutions Center, P.C. (RSC) is a growing mental health practice seeking a warm, motivated, and collaborative clinician to join the practice. We are currently looking for a licensed therapist (or pre-licensed clinician working toward licensure) with a Master's or Doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology, Clinical Social Work, Counseling, or a related field. At RSC, we believe in transforming lives and relationships from the inside out. The practice values authenticity, growth, healthy communication, accountability, creativity, self-care, and meaningful human connection. We strive to create an inclusive and supportive environment where both clients and clinicians can bring their whole selves and continue evolving personally and professionally. We currently provide therapy services for adults and couples, along with collaborative divorce work, coparenting therapy, and parenting coordination services. In addition to traditional therapy referrals, we also work with individuals and couples navigating life transitions, relationship challenges, divorce, and co-parenting dynamics. RSC is building toward a more holistic and integrative practice model and envisions eventually incorporating additional wellness and supportive services alongside psychotherapy. We are looking for someone interested in being part of a thoughtful, growth-oriented practice culture while building a meaningful and sustainable caseload over time. This position may be especially appealing to clinicians interested in relational dynamics, attachment, communication patterns, self-esteem, personal growth, emotionally attuned therapy, and work with couples and adults navigating complex life transitions. Clinicians with a variety of clinical interests and theoretical orientations are welcome to apply. Both experienced clinicians and early-career therapists working toward independent licensure are encouraged to apply. Support, mentorship, collaboration, and continued professional growth are highly valued within the practice. We are initially seeking someone interested in building a part-time caseload with the opportunity to grow into a fuller schedule over time.
