Job Description
We are seeking dedicated Licensed Social Workers (LSW), Licensed Professional Counselors (LPC), Licensed Independent Social Workers (LISW), Licensed Independent Social Worker Supervisors (LISW-S), and Licensed Professional Clinical Counselors (LPCC) to join our team. This is a 1099 position that offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the field of mental health and patient care.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct patient assessments to determine mental health needs
- Provide individual and/or group counseling sessions
- Develop and implement behavioral therapy treatment plans
- Maintain accurate medical documentation and records
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Offer clinical counseling and support to patients with mental health concerns
- Engage in case management activities to coordinate patient services
Experience:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, or related field
- Valid state licensure as an LSW, LPC, LISW,LISW-S, or LPCC
- Proficiency in medical terminology related to mental health
- Experience in conducting patient assessments and providing patient care
- Knowledge of clinical counseling techniques and behavioral therapy practices
- Strong skills in medical documentation and record-keeping
