Job Description

We are seeking dedicated Licensed Social Workers (LSW), Licensed Professional Counselors (LPC), Licensed Independent Social Workers (LISW), Licensed Independent Social Worker Supervisors (LISW-S), and Licensed Professional Clinical Counselors (LPCC) to join our team. This is a 1099 position that offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the field of mental health and patient care.
Responsibilities:
  • Conduct patient assessments to determine mental health needs
  • Provide individual and/or group counseling sessions
  • Develop and implement behavioral therapy treatment plans
  • Maintain accurate medical documentation and records
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
  • Offer clinical counseling and support to patients with mental health concerns
  • Engage in case management activities to coordinate patient services
Experience:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, or related field
  • Valid state licensure as an LSW, LPC, LISW,LISW-S, or LPCC
  • Proficiency in medical terminology related to mental health
  • Experience in conducting patient assessments and providing patient care
  • Knowledge of clinical counseling techniques and behavioral therapy practices
  • Strong skills in medical documentation and record-keeping
