Neurodiversity Affirming Therapist Join our team of experienced and passionate therapists. Serene Butterfly Counseling We are currently seeking a part-time contract, MFT-Associate therapist who is Neurodiversity-Affirming to provide individual therapy to adults, and/or teens and children who are neurodivergent (though not exclusively to that population). This position would be working hybrid (virtual and in person sessions). About Us Serene Butterfly Counseling is a growing group practice that provides modern, brain-based therapies to adults, children, and families. Our therapists offer EMDR, IFS, DBT, ACT, I-CBT, and Neurodiversity-Affirming therapy for adults. We treat trauma, anxiety disorders, depression, OCD, grief, and ADHD. We also work with neurodivergent adults to help them with things like burnout and executive functioning challenges. Our Vision To help thousands of people embrace neurodiversity, heal their traumas and re-wire their brains so they can break unhealthy generational patterns, create thriving families, and live a serene life. Our Core Values Building authentic connections Innovative and effective treatments Compassion for self and others Shifts The schedule is up to you, but we are asking for a minimum of 15 clients a week, & must be available to work a saturday shift and 1 weekday evening until 8pm. At least 1 shift must be in person. Qualifications An optimistic and growth-mindset person who wants to contribute to being part of a supportive team. Have at minimum a basic understanding of Neurodivergence and be willing to complete free online training on working with neurodivergent people (ASD & ADHD) within 1 month of hire. A Masters degree in Clinical/Counseling Psychology or related field. Licensed as an MFT-Associate. Is eager to learn and improve clinical skills. Must be willing to work one day in person for a 5.5 hour shift and the remaining hours can be remote/telehealth. Must work 5 hours on Saturdays. Must have Malpractice insurance coverage. Must be LGBTQ+ Affirming Must be Neurodiversity-Affirming Must be interested in getting EMDR trained ASAP if not already trained.

Pay:
