If you are all about people, we are all about you! As an Outpatient Therapist at Ellie Mental Health, you'll share our vision for improving and expanding access to quality mental health care and thrive in an environment driven by our core values of authenticity, humor, compassion, creativity, acceptance, and determination. Ellie Mental Health was founded in 2015 by Erin Pash, LMFT and Kyle Keller, LICSW when they opened the first Ellie clinic in Minneapolis. Since then, the Ellie Fam has continued to grow with multiple clinics in Minnesota and a growing number of locally owned and operated franchises across the country. Ellie was proudly founded on the principle of destigmatizing mental health. The mental health industry is full of barriers, and we've made it our goal to fill the gap and find innovative ways to break down these barriers for the communities we serve. We care about our therapists as much as our clients. Offering an excellent experience for providers results in better care for clients. At Ellie, you will find centralized support for inquiries, scheduling, client/therapist matching (so you can choose the clinical presentations you want to see), insurance credentialing and billing. This allows our providers to focus on what they love most - serving clients! We strive to create a true work/life balance for our clinicians, so we offer flexible scheduling, competitive compensation, PTO, paid holidays (including your birthday), learning and development benefits and a furnished office space. Who Are We Looking For? An ideal candidate will share our passion for improving and expanding access to quality mental health care and will thrive in a culture that emphasizes our core values of creativity, authenticity, humor, compassion, acceptance, and determination. Opportunities are available for in-person individual, couple, family, and group therapy services, as well as tele-health. Our therapists work with autonomy and flexibility, while being part of a supportive team.
