Job Description

Overview We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Outpatient Mental Health Therapist to join our team. This role involves providing high-quality behavioral health services to children, adolescents, adults, and families within a supportive, culturally responsive, and trauma-informed environment. The therapist will conduct mental health assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and deliver evidence-based interventions to promote mental wellness and resilience. Clinical supervision is available for eligible pre-licensed clinicians, and bilingual clinicians are encouraged to apply. Responsibilities Conduct outpatient therapy sessions with clients across various age groups, including children, adolescents, adults, and families. Provide trauma-focused therapy and child & youth therapy tailored to individual client needs. Perform comprehensive mental health assessments to inform treatment planning. Develop and implement personalized treatment plans aligned with client goals and clinical best practices. Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation within Electronic Medical Records (EMR/EHR) systems. Communicate effectively with clients to foster trust, engagement, and positive therapeutic outcomes. Utilize evidence-based practices to ensure the highest standard of care. Deliver culturally responsive and trauma-informed care that respects diverse backgrounds and experiences. Stay current with clinical documentation requirements and participate in ongoing professional development as needed. Experience Prior experience in outpatient behavioral health settings is preferred. Knowledge of mental health assessments, treatment planning, and evidence-based practices is essential. Experience working with children, adolescents, adults, or families is highly valued. Bilingual clinicians are encouraged to apply to serve diverse populations effectively. Certification in CANS (Child & Adolescent Needs & Strengths) is preferred but not required. Availability for evening appointments is preferred to accommodate client needs. For pre-licensed clinicians, clinical supervision opportunities are available to support licensure requirements. Pay:
$40.00 - $55.00 per hour
