Outpatient Mental Health Therapist (Adults/Private Practice)

Compensation Clinical hours are paid at $45-$50/hour , based on experience and licensure. Required administrative time is also paid at $18-$20/hour . Each client session includes paid administrative time. Productivity bonuses are available for sessions completed beyond the required minimum. Responsibilities Provide mental health therapy to children and adults Build trusting and culturally responsive relationships with clients Implement evidence-based interventions tailored to client needs Complete documentation accurately and in a timely manner Maintain confidentiality and ethical standards Stay informed about best practices, CEUs, and licensure updates Qualifications Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, or a related field Provisionally or fully licensed in North Carolina (LCSW, LCMHC, or LMFT) Minimum of one year of clinical counseling experience (private practice experience a plus) Strong organizational and time-management skills Compassionate, professional, and dependable Open to feedback and dedicated to growth Ability to work independently and as part of a team What We Offer Full-Time 25 hours of availability 20 completed client sessions per week

Professional development assistance Application Question(s): Are you available to work M-F 3pm-7pm (last session at 7pm) or 4 weekdays 3pm-7pm (last session at 7pm) plus Saturday for a 5hr shift; this includes two in-person days during the week.
