We're currently seeking a motivated Licensed Social Worker (LSW), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) to join our expanding team. Position Highlights Part-time, W2 hybrid position Minimum of 10 clinical hours per week Combination of in-office and telehealth services Some evening and weekend availability required Flexible scheduling Administrative support provided Competitive compensation: $50-$70 per clinical hour , based on licensure, experience, and specialty training Responsibilities Provide high-quality outpatient psychotherapy to children, adolescents, and/or adults Complete documentation in a timely manner Maintain ethical and professional standards Participate in supervision and team meetings as appropriate Collaborate with referral sources and other providers when clinically indicated Qualifications Active Pennsylvania LSW, LCSW, or LPC license Strong clinical assessment and treatment planning skills Experience providing evidence-based treatment (CBT, DBT, trauma-informed care, or related modalities) Excellent communication and organizational skills Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment Preferred Experience treating anxiety, trauma, depression, ADHD, autism spectrum disorder, or life transitions Interest in working with children, adolescents, or families EMDR, Brainspotting, or other specialty training is a plus At StableMind Wellness, we value authenticity, compassion, lifelong learning, and providing exceptional care to our community.
