MAE Behavioral Health www.maebehavioralhealth.com We are currently seeking an Outpatient Therapist (LMHC/LICSW preferred) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about providing mental health care, and aligned with the values of our practice. This is a flexible, part-time position allowing for a healthy work-life balance. Schedule will require at least 1 in-office work day. The goal of MAE Behavioral Health is to support our clients to live a meaningful, authentic, and empowered life. Our clinicians are committed to creating a safe, supportive environment for our clients to heal and grow. We utilize evidence based treatment modalities and therapy services are individualized to meet each client's needs. Our group is small. We are looking for someone interested in being an active part of our team culture and not just a number.

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide individual therapy services to a diverse caseload of clients, using evidence-based treatment modalities.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with team members and engage in clinical supervision as needed.
• Participate in company meetings and trainings to support professional development.
• Uphold ethical and professional standards in all client interactions.

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field.
• Independent licensure in Rhode Island and/or Massachusetts as an LICSW or LMHC (Preferred but not required)
• Proficiency with telehealth platforms and digital documentation. Our practice uses the Simple Practice platform.
• Strong background in clinical counseling techniques and methodologies.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients.
• Commitment to providing high-quality patient care and support.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
