Licensed Therapist - Child & Adolescent Focus Cachara and Associates, LLC is expanding our clinical team and seeking a compassionate, experienced therapist who enjoys working with children, adolescents, and families. We are a collaborative private practice that values strong therapeutic relationships, quality clinical care, professional growth, and clinician well-being. Position Overview The primary focus of this position is providing outpatient therapy to children and adolescents, with opportunities to work with families and parents as clinically appropriate. We are seeking a clinician with active Pennsylvania licensure and demonstrated experience treating children and/or adolescents . LAPC candidates may be considered when they have completed a substantial portion of their supervised hours and are actively progressing toward full LPC licensure. Responsibilities Provide individual psychotherapy to children and adolescents Conduct parent and family sessions when appropriate Establish treatment goals and individualized treatment plans Maintain accurate and timely clinical records Develop meaningful therapeutic relationships with clients and families Communicate and coordinate care with parents, schools, medical providers, and other professionals as appropriate Participate in team meetings, consultation, and case discussion Incorporate evidence-based, developmentally appropriate, and trauma-informed interventions

Qualifications Required:

Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related mental health discipline Active Pennsylvania clinical license such as LPC, LCSW, LSW, LMFT, or Licensed Psychologist Demonstrated professional experience providing therapy to children and/or adolescents Ability to maintain a clinical caseload and complete documentation within required timeframes Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively with children, parents, families, and other professionals Clinical Experience We Value We are particularly interested in clinicians who have experience or training in areas such as: Child and adolescent therapy Play therapy and developmentally appropriate interventions Trauma-focused therapy Family therapy and parent support EMDR and other trauma-focused approaches Anxiety and depression Behavioral concerns ADHD Autism spectrum disorders Childhood trauma and grief Other common emotional and behavioral concerns affecting children and adolescents What You Can Expect From Us We want our clinicians to be able to focus on clinical work rather than feeling overwhelmed by the business side of private practice.

Full-time with flexible scheduling. Daytime and/or evening availability may be arranged based on clinician preference, availability, and client needs. A combination of in-person and telehealth services is available.
