We are seeking to contract with a Licensed Therapist (LPCC, LMFT, LICSW, LP) desiring to work in an outpatient, private practice setting. We prefer someone desiring to see 15+ clients per week and we already have clients waiting to see you! We are currently preferring providers who will plan to be in office at least part time due to client demand for in office providers. There is also opportunities for Telehealth and/or providers who are hybrid and do a combination of in person and telehealth. Collaborative Counseling offers a high volume of new client referrals, a generous contract, help navigating insurance credentialing, administrative support to help manage scheduling, beautifully furnished office spaces, marketing support and a well established billing support staff! Collaborative Counseling also supports a team environment with ample opportunity for case consultation and collaboration with fellow clinicians. Our providers are independent contractors. Hours are flexible. Qualified candidates ideally are eligible with insurance companies and are already be credentialed with some or most insurers. Candidates who have experience working in a private practice setting will be preferred to those with no experience working as a contractor. Candidates must be highly self driven, ethical and self motivated. - Core skills in behavioral therapy, patient care, and medical documentation
- Premium skills in psychotherapy, crisis intervention, and cognitive behavioral therapy
- Relevant skills in art therapy, working with people with autism, and clinical research
- LMFT, Licensed Psychologist Credentials, LICSW, or LPCC required Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to develop individualized treatment plans.
Provide behavioral therapy and psychotherapy to clients, utilizing techniques such as cognitive behavioral therapy and motivational interviewing. Maintain accurate medical documentation and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to enhance patient care and crisis intervention strategies. Educate clients and families on mental health issues and treatment options. Participate in ongoing professional development and training to stay current with best practices in behavioral health.
