We are looking for a part time BCBA to take on a caseload of about 10 clients in the Concord area, with an immediate start. The majority of this caseload is telehealth, so most of your supervision and parent training can happen remotely. A few cases may involve in person supervision or parent training in the Concord area, which keeps you connected to the families and teams you support. What you will do Manage a caseload of approximately 10 clients Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans Provide ongoing supervision and support to Behavior Technicians and RBTs Lead parent and caregiver training, primarily via telehealth Monitor client progress, update goals, and write reports for funding sources Collaborate with our clinical leadership team on case direction and quality What we are looking for Current BCBA certification in good standing with the BACB Experience supervising ABA programs for children and families Strong clinical writing and treatment planning skills Comfortable delivering services and training over telehealth Ability to travel occasionally within the Concord area for in person sessions Reliable transportation and willingness to complete a background check Compensation and schedule Up to $65 per hour depending on experience Approximately 30 to 40 billable hours per month with real potential for caseload growth Flexible scheduling that works around your availability Immediate start date Why Behavia We are a clinician led team that keeps caseloads manageable and gives our BCBAs the support and autonomy to do great clinical work.
